I can only give full marks to James Martin Preservations. The workmen arrived when expected, they were polite and courteous and got on with the job. At each stage they showed me and explained what they had been doing. Although there was the usual dust expected with this type of work they left my home clean and tidy at the end of each day. Highly recommended.

I've used James and his workforce several times now, including for big jobs, and I wouldn't use anyone else now. He and his workforce are highly skilled, efficient, reliable, courteous, considerate, and appropriate. Men turned up on time. Covered all floors before commencing works. Carried out the works and I hardly noticed they were there. The finished works are great and they cleared up well before they left. Really nice polite clean and tidy people, happy to have them back if I need any more works carried out.

The job was complicated and was extremely well project-managed by James. Every question received a detailed answer, and the variety of workmen involved were all of a very high standard, friendly, trustable, and hard working. I'm so glad that we worked with James and his team on this project. It was the first time I had done structural work so I was quite nervous but James explained everything in great depth, came up with solutions whenever there were any issues, gave great advice and was always super responsive whenever I had any questions.
