Damp Proofing & Timber Treatments

Remember, when solving a damp issue within your property it is important to know the construction of the property before starting any work! A chemical damp proof course is often only used on a property built using sand and cement along with slurry membranes. In most cases within Sussex the issues relate to condensation, salt migration and water ingress which can often be resolved by using the correct materials or sometimes something as simple as lowering the external ground levels.
